These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of our services, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, car rentals, travel packages, and related travel arrangements. By accessing our website, using our services, or confirming a booking with us—either online, via email, or over the phone—you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Booking Authorization

By confirming your booking with WeBook Destinations, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • Verbal and Email Consent: If you authorize charges or confirm a booking via email or over the phone verbally, it constitutes a legally binding agreement.
  • Future Travel Credit: In such cases, if you choose to cancel or modify your booking later, you may be eligible for a Future Travel Credit, subject to the airline’s fare rules. The credit validity will be determined by the airline and may vary based on the ticket type and fare conditions.

2. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All requests for changes, cancellations, or refunds are subject to the fare rules of the specific airline or travel supplier involved.

2.1 Airline Tickets

  • Fare Rules Apply: Each airline has its own policies for cancellations, changes, and refunds. These rules are associated with the fare class and ticket type purchased and are communicated at the time of booking or available upon request.
  • Change Fees: If applicable, change fees and fare differences will be charged as per airline policy.
  • Non-Refundable Tickets: Some tickets are completely non-refundable and non-changeable.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds, where applicable, may take several weeks and are subject to processing by the airline and any intermediary systems.

2.2 Travel Packages & Hotels

  • Hotel and package cancellation policies may vary depending on the supplier, the rate plan selected, and the time of cancellation. Specific terms will be provided at the time of booking.

3. Agency Role and Limitations

WeBook Destinations acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and other travel service providers. While we facilitate your bookings, the actual services are delivered by third parties, and their terms and conditions also apply.

We are not responsible for:

  • Airline schedule changes, cancellations, or operational disruptions
  • Visa/passport/travel documentation issues
  • Acts beyond our control (e.g., weather, strikes, political unrest)

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are quoted in the currency displayed at the time of booking and are subject to change until confirmed.
  • A full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
  • All transactions are subject to credit/debit card authorization and verification.

5. Travel Documentation

You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and vaccination certificates where required.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, WeBook Destinations is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our services or the failure of a travel supplier to perform.


7. Governing Law
